STUFF HAPPENS - WE GET IT

Circumstances in life come up and interrupt the best laid plans.  

 

However, the villa is booked out a year in advance.  Therefore, our cancellation policy is firm but fair. We do not offer any cash refunds. Here is what we do offer.

If you commit to a tour and pay a deposit/payment and are not able to travel (for any reason), a credit will be given to you for a future tour date (based on availability). Your reservation (deposit) holds your place in the tour/villa and I do not overbook. My tours are based on a specific number of people attending.  I intentionally keep the number of participants to a low number to ensure  the best experience for everyone. Therefore, I have a strict policy that absolutely NO CASH refunds for any money paid partially or in full.

If you need to cancel you have two options:  Rebook for another tour or transfer your tour to another person and they can pay you directly.  In this instance, the exception is funds cannot be transferred to persons who are participating in the tour you were originally booked for.


I reserve the right to cancel any tour that does not meet the minimum person required to operate such tour.
